‧From the Airport : From Charles de Gaulle airport a taxi journey should take approximately 45 minutes. Alternatively, the Roissybus runs between the airport and Opera station, a 5-10 minute walk or short metro ride from the hotel. Orly Airport is approximately 35 minutes by taxi. Public transport options are available but they are not straightforward, first-time visitors to Paris would find them complicated. ‧ By Train : From the mainline train station Gare de Nord, it is a short taxi ride or a 20 minute journey on the metro: using lines 4 and 1 to Palais Royal Musée du Louvre, immediately outside the hotel. From Gare de Lyon it is a 15 minute metro journey using line 1 directly to Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. Gare Montparnasse is also straightforward, using metro lines 12 and 1 to Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. ‧ By Metro : The Palais Royal Musée du Louvre station (line 1 and 7) is on the doorstep of the hotel allowing easy access to any destination throughout the city.
