Fontebella Hotel is located within the medieval walls of the World Heritage Site of Assisi. Assisi is a two-hour drive north of Rome and south of Florence. You can easily reach us: By car : Take the Valdichiana exit from Highway-A1 if driving southbound and the Orte exit if driving northbound, then follow the signs for Assisi. By train: Exit the train at the railway-station of Santa Maria degli Angeli, which is connected with a bus service to Assisi. station in the line Orte -Terontola. By plain: Perugia S.Egidio Airport is located 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel. There are three daily flights to/from Milan (Malpensa) with international connections worldwide, and three weekly flights to/from London (operated by Ryanair). We offer free parking for a limited number of cars on a first-come first-serve basis. Public parking is located at 250 yards from the the hotel and it is short walk to St. Francis church and basilica.
