Train journeys ranging from 10 to 20 minutes will take you on to some other well known shopping and entertainment areas such as Sukhumvit, Silom and Siam Square. Using the MRT and the above ground Skytrain connection you can also easily get to the Chaopaya River where river cruise boats depart regularly from underneath the station.
