Munich International Airport is about 35 kilometres north-east of the city centre and the taxi fare to the hotel is approximately EUR 50.00. The Munich main railway station in the city centre is two kilometres from Marienplatz with connections to all S-Bahn lines, U-Bahn lines 1, 2, 4 and 5, trams and buses. Taxi stands at all exits. A8 from Salzburg - from Munchen-Ramersdorf drive the Rosenheimer Strasse direction city center. Cross the Ludwigsbrucke over the Isar, then drive Zweibruckenstrasse straight ahead until Isartorplatz. At the Isartor turn left into Frauenstrasse (passing Viktualienmarkt) and, via Blumen Strasse and Sendlinger Torplatz, into Sonnenstrasse. At Karlsplatz (Stachus) turn left into the Bayerstrasse. A8 from Augsburg/Stuttgart - from the end of the motorway drive direction city center (Verdistrasse, Amalienburgstrasse, Menzinger Strasse, Notburgstrasse). At Romanplatz turn left into Arnulfstrasse. Then drive straight ahead until the main station (north side), where you turn right to the Bahnhofsplatz, then right into the Bayerstrasse (South Side). A92 from Airport direction Munchen then A9 from Nurnberg to Munchen - from Munchen Schwabing, turn right into Schenkendorfstrasse, then left into Leopoldstrasse, which you drive straight ahead until the end at the Feldherrenhalle: turn right into the Brienner Strasse and drive straight ahead until the next big crossing. Turn left to Maximilianplatz and drive straight ahead. At Karlsplatz (Stachus) turn right into the Bayerstrasse. A95 from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and A96 from Lindau - from the end of the motorway, please turn left into the Garmischer Strasse. Then drive straight ahead and after approx. 2 km, at the underpass leave exit “Pasing”, turn right into Landsberger Strasse, direction: center. Pass Schwanthaler and Hermann-Lingg Strasse and reach Bayerstrasse.
